1. Return Window

  • Goods can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

  • The returns would happen within 2 to 3 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 3 to 4 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 2 to 3 days .

2. Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice, where applicable

4. Return Process

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item, if damaged or defective

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the next steps for return pickup or self-shipping. Many return policies require customers to contact support with the order details and return reason before the return is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos or an unpacking video, where possible. Similar policies often require prompt reporting with photos or videos for damaged goods.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 2 to 3 days .

6. Refunds

7. Shipping Charges
